I have found this sauna wrap gets just as hot and provides me the same relief as the big, spa saunas. So much so that I get that sweat that is needed for detoxification.
The blanket is very well made and I like the zipper. Easy to use and clean. Happy it is very low EMF. If I was to say anything negative your feet have to point downward. Not uncomfortable, but not the most comfortable either. The bag itself is bigger and roomier than expected. Very happy with this purchase.
